This presentation introduces nursing students (and non-nursing students) to a functional approach to nutrition—exploring how blood sugar regulation, gut health, and stress influence hormonal balance and sleep.

Students ( and non-students) will learn how functional nutrition

differs from traditional models and how these concepts can support patient well-being and self-care in nursing practice.
